Are purisaki patches legit for weight loss?

I saw an ad online for 'Purisaki patches' that claim to help with weight loss. They look really easy to use, but I'm a bit skeptical. Has anyone tried these or know if they are actually legitimate for losing weight? I've tried so many things already.

Beta, there are no shortcuts in life or health. In our times, we reduced weight by eating simple home-cooked meals and working in the fields. Don't waste your hard-earned money on these plastic patches stuck on the skin.

With my PCOS, I have tried so many things out of desperation, but honestly, these weight loss patches are not scientifically proven. I would suggest saving your money and focusing on a balanced lifestyle instead of trusting such trends.

I don't have much time due to my 9-to-9 desk job, so I also look for easy options. But realistically, these patches are a marketing gimmick. You are much better off doing 15 minutes of high-intensity workout at home than relying on skin patches.

Humare yahan toh log mehnat karke hi vajan ghatate hain. Yeh sab patch-vatch lagane se kuch nahi hota ji. Ghar ka shudh khana khao aur thoda paidal chalo, wahi sabse badiya upaay hai.

Total waste of money, bro. My friend bought them online last month hoping for some magic, but absolutely nothing happened. Save your cash, eat less junk, and hit the ground for a run instead.
