Are protein milkshakes good for weight loss?

At the gym, I'm working on losing weight and building muscle. Someone suggested protein milkshakes, but I'm not sure if they're good for weight loss or just for building muscle mass. Can they help me reduce weight?

Drinking homemade sattu milk with a little cardamon is much healthier and helps with natural weight control. But if you have extreme fatigue or sudden weight issues, always consult a doctor first.

Bro, honestly, those bottled protein milkshakes you get in stores are packed with sugar and calories. They taste amazing but they will definitely ruin your deficit. Better to make your own at home.

They are a great savior when you want a milkshake but are trying to be good! Just don't add ice cream or sugar. A cold banana-protein shake feels like a cheat meal but keeps you on track.

I completely understand the stress of trying to find snacks that don't ruin your diet. I used to worry so much about choosing the wrong drink. Just check the label for sugar, otherwise a simple home-made shake is quite safe.

I can only speak from my own diet journey. I started making chocolate protein shakes at home with skimmed milk and whey, and it really helped curb my evening cravings. It worked well for my weight goals.

In my experience, modern fitness drinks are often overrated. A simple glass of low-fat milk with almonds or roasted chana will keep you full and healthy without costing a fortune.
