Are protein chips good for weight loss?

To cut down on unhealthy chips for weight loss, I saw these 'protein chips' at the store and thought they might be a good alternative. Are these protein chips actually a healthy option and good for losing weight?

I tried them during my diet phase to satisfy midnight cravings. They do help you feel less guilty, but real protein from eggs or chana is what actually keeps you full and helps with weight loss.

They are a fun snack option when you are craving Lays! Definitely better than regular potato chips, but still watch the portion sizes. 😊

Bro, honestly they are so expensive and don't even taste that great. It is better to just eat roasted makhana if you want something crunchy. Protein chips are mostly just marketing hype.

Be careful with highly processed fit-snacks. I used to rely on these diet chips and ended up with bad acidity and digestion issues. If you have chronic stomach problems, stick to fresh foods and consult your doctor.

They are highly processed and usually contain a lot of salt and artificial flavorings. For weight loss, natural vegetarian options like roasted chana or boiled sprouts are far healthier and much lower in sodium.
