Are press ups good for weight loss?
Started doing home workouts to lose weight and get fitter. I can do a decent number of press-ups now. Do these really help in burning fat and contributing to weight loss, or should I focus on other exercises?

Actually, my doctor explained that while push-ups are excellent for building upper body strength and muscle, they don't burn as many calories as cardio. He recommended combining strength moves with aerobic exercises like brisk walking for effective weight loss.
