Are pork rinds good for weight loss?

I'm trying to follow a low-carb diet to help with my weight loss. I saw some videos online recommending pork rinds as a crunchy, low-carb snack. I'm wondering if they are actually good for someone trying to lose weight.

They can be a helpful snack because they are low in carbs, but please remember they are still quite high in calories. Take care of your health and don't push your body too hard.

Personally, I stay away from red meat and processed skins. Even for weight loss, highly processed snacks loaded with salt and saturated fats aren't healthy in the long run. Whole foods like sprouts, nuts, or roasted makhana are much cleaner choices.

Bro, don't stress too much about these fancy keto snacks like pork rinds! Yeah, they are low-carb, but they're basically fried fat at the end of the day. If you like them, have a few, but don't force yourself to eat them just for weight loss.

Ho na, log bolte hain keto diet mein yeh bahut chalega kyunki carbs zero hain. But actually, calorie intake toh badhega na if you eat too much. Balance rakhna chahiye, pure din mein baki kya kha rahe ho woh bhi dekho.

I once did a high-fat diet blindly for weight loss and completely ignored how heavy it was on my heart until I got chest pressure. Please get a full lipid profile and health checkup done before jumping into eating greasy things like pork rinds.
