Are plums good for weight loss?

I'm focusing on incorporating more fruits into my diet to help with my weight loss goals. Plums are in season and I enjoy them. Can plums be considered good for weight loss, or are there better fruit options?

I know how exhausting it is to constantly worry about what to eat to lose weight. Plums are actually very low-calorie and sweet, so they satisfy that sweet craving without the guilt.

Absolutely. Plums are packed with dietary fiber and have a high water content, which boosts satiety. Keep them in your meal plan as a mid-morning snack.

Eating seasonal fruits like plums is the best way to stay healthy. They clean the stomach and keep digestion active, which naturally helps keep the weight balanced.

I literally grab a plum on my way to lectures when I'm hungry. They are super cheap, sweet, and don't make you bloated like college canteen snacks do.

I replaced my evening tea-biscuits with two plums during my weight loss journey and noticed I didn't feel hungry until dinner. It really worked for me.

Haan, bilkul help karte hain! They are very low in calories, na. Just eat them raw instead of drinking juice, so you get all the fiber.
