Are peanuts good for weight loss?

I'm looking for healthy snacks that can keep me full longer, especially since I'm trying to lose some weight. I heard peanuts might be good for this purpose, but I'm a bit confused because some say they are high in calories. So, are peanuts good for weight loss?

They are quite healthy, but if you have underlying issues like thyroid that are affecting your weight, peanuts alone won't do much. Definitely get your regular blood tests done and check with your doctor first. I had to get my thyroid levels sorted before any diet change actually worked for me.

Peanuts are actually great for weight loss because they keep you full for really long, but just keep an eye on the portion size. Along with eating them, try to add at least 30 minutes of brisk walking or light exercise daily if your doc says it is fine. It really helps speed up the process.

I am actually very new to dieting and trying to lose weight, so I was also wondering about this. Is it okay to eat roasted peanuts daily, or should we boil them instead? If someone has tried this, please let me know.

I always get worried that eating peanuts will make me break out or actually gain weight because they have so much oil. Does anyone else get super anxious about this before eating them? I really want to try adding them to my daily routine but I'm hesitant.

From a practical side, peanuts are high in protein and good fats, which is great for metabolism. Just make sure you are not buying the heavily salted or fried ones from the market because those ruin the diet. Raw or plain roasted ones are your best bet.

I totally understand how stressful it is when you are trying so hard to lose weight and constantly worrying about what is safe to eat. Peanuts are fine in small amounts, so try not to stress too much about every single calorie. Take it one small step at a time, your mind needs to rest too.

Arre don't stress too much about peanuts, they are actually super good! Just grab a small handful when you feel like munching on junk, but don't finish the whole packet at once haha. It's all about portion control, so relax and enjoy your snacks!
