Are peanut butter pretzels good for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on junk food but I still crave something crunchy sometimes. My friend brought some peanut butter pretzels from abroad, and I'm curious if they can fit into a weight loss diet.

They are very tasty, but the combination of salt and dense calories makes them hard to control. Maybe try swapping them with plain roasted nuts for a simpler weight loss snack.

Packaged salty snacks like pretzels can cause water retention in the body. If you want a comforting snack, roasted murmura with a touch of mustard oil and peanuts is much better and lighter on the stomach.

Be careful with the sodium content in those pretzels. As someone managing high blood pressure, I had to completely cut out salty packaged snacks like these. Make sure to get your BP checked regularly if you consume high-sodium foods.

I completely understand how stressful it is to find snacks that don't ruin your weight loss efforts. Those pretzels are so easy to overeat when we are anxious. Try to forgive yourself if you had them, but maybe look for less salty options.

Processed flour and excess salt in pretzels can make the body feel heavy and sluggish. I suggest focusing on simple pranayama to control stress eating and choosing whole, unprocessed foods like dry-roasted almonds instead.
