Are oranges good for weight loss?

I'm on a weight loss diet and trying to increase my fruit intake. I love oranges, but I'm not sure if they are beneficial or if their sugar content might be an issue. Are oranges good for helping with weight loss?

Yes! Oranges are great because peeling them is a whole workout in itself, haha. Seriously though, they are super low in calories, so you can snack on them guilt-free instead of reaching for those samosas.

Actually yaar, oranges are amazing for weight loss. They are full of water and fiber, so they keep you full for a long time. Just eat the actual fruit, don't drink the juice because juice has no fiber and lots of concentrated sugar.

I get how stressful it is when you are trying to lose weight and constantly worrying about what is safe to eat. Don't worry, oranges are completely safe and actually very helpful. They are low-calorie and high-fiber, so you can eat them without any anxiety.

From a purely nutritional standpoint, oranges are excellent for weight loss due to their high water and fiber content. However, they still contain natural sugars. Keep it to one orange a day as part of a balanced, calorie-restricted vegetarian diet.

They are a highly practical option for weight management. An orange has only about 60-80 calories and is packed with Vitamin C, which helps with your metabolism. Just make sure you are eating it as a snack, not adding extra sugar on top.

I lost 12 kgs last year and oranges were my go-to evening snack. They really satisfy that sweet craving without adding many calories. My tip is to drink a glass of water right after eating one, it really helps keep you full till dinner.
