Are lean cuisine meals good for weight loss?

My work schedule is super hectic, and I don't always have time to cook healthy meals. I saw some Lean Cuisine options in a store; I'm wondering if they're actually a good choice for someone trying to lose weight.

Hey, don't stress too much about packaged diet meals! They might help with portion control, but fresh ghar ka khana is always better and healthier. Try to cook simple meals if you can!

As someone managing diabetes, I avoid processed meals entirely because they can contain hidden starches and sugars that spike glucose levels. Please be cautious and always consult your doctor before substituting fresh food with frozen ones.

My doctor actually warned me that while packaged meals are low in calories, their high sodium content can cause water retention and bloat. It is much better to eat fresh, balanced whole foods for sustainable weight loss.

Haan na, these frozen meals are easy for busy days, but processed food is not great for long term. Thoda home-cooked dal and veggies are much better. Doctor also says the same.

Don't blindly trust these packaged 'diet' meals sold online; they are often loaded with sodium and preservatives to keep them fresh. Consult a real nutritionist or doctor to get a proper meal plan instead.
