Are hiit workouts good for weight loss?

My friend at the gym keeps talking about HIIT workouts and how great they are for shedding weight quickly. I'm looking for an efficient exercise routine for weight loss. Are HIIT workouts truly effective for this, or do they have downsides?

Haan, HIIT toh sach mein bahut solid hai weight loss ke liye! But shuru mein thoda sambhal ke karna padta hai, na? It is super intense, toh stamina building mein thoda time lagta hai but results fast milte hain.

They are highly effective because they keep your metabolic rate elevated even after the workout is done. However, when I consulted my physician, he advised me to avoid high-impact HIIT because of my weak knees. Please check your joint health before jumping into intense jumping exercises.

These modern high-intensity exercises can put a lot of pressure on your heart and bones if you are not used to it. In my experience, a brisk walk in the morning for 45 minutes, combined with some simple yoga, is much safer and highly effective for long-term health.

Bro, HIIT is a cheat code if you are short on time. I do just 20 minutes of burpees, sprints, and kettlebell swings four times a week and my fat percentage dropped crazy fast. Just don't skip the warm-up or you will injure yourself badly.

HIIT works, period. It burns maximum calories in minimum time, which fits perfectly into a hectic corporate schedule. Just track your heart rate on a smart watch and don't overdo it more than thrice a week, otherwise you will burn out your central nervous system.
