Are headaches normal during early pregnancy?

I've recently confirmed my pregnancy and have started experiencing headaches, especially in the evenings. I want to know if this is a normal part of early pregnancy. Are headaches normal during early pregnancy?

Yes beta, they are very common in the first few months. The body is adjusting to the new life inside, so do not worry too much. Just take plenty of rest and avoid any self-medication.

My sister just went through this last year and she was complaining about wild headaches during her first trimester. Her doctor said it's totally normal because of all the crazy hormones.

Yes, headaches are a very common and normal symptom in early pregnancy due to hormonal changes. Don't worry.

In our times, we used to tell daughters to rest in a quiet, dark room and have some warm ginger water. The body undergoes many changes in early pregnancy, making headaches normal. But if the pain is very severe, please consult your doctor immediately.

Yes, they are completely normal. Make sure you are drinking enough water as dehydration can trigger them very easily.
