Are green beans or broccoli better for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and want to choose the best vegetables for my meals. I often eat either green beans or broccoli. Which one is generally considered better for weight loss, or are they both equally good?

Actually, both are super low in calories, but broccoli has a bit more fiber and protein which is great for weight loss, yaar. But honestly, broccoli can get so expensive in India depending on the season. I just buy whichever is fresh and cheap at my local vegetable market.

Bro, honestly both are great, but I prefer broccoli because it fills me up much faster after my gym workouts. Green beans are also low-calorie, but you have to eat a huge pile of them to feel full. I'd say mix both in your diet so you don't get bored.

I think green beans are much more practical for an Indian household because we make french beans sabzi regularly anyway, and it is easily available everywhere. Broccoli is good but sometimes hard to find and expensive. For weight loss, just eat regular beans sabzi but reduce the oil and skip the heavy rotis.

People online will tell you broccoli is a superfood, but there is no miraculous weight-loss veggie. Both beans and broccoli are just low-calorie options. If you have thyroid issues, overeating raw broccoli can actually cause complications, so verify your diet plans with a doctor before blindly following internet trends.

Look, don't overcomplicate your diet. Both green beans and broccoli are excellent for weight loss because they have almost no fat. Just eat whichever one you can cook easily and eat consistently without getting tired of it. No single vegetable is going to do magic on its own.
