Are grapes fattening for weight loss?

I've started exercising and watching my diet to reduce weight, and I love having fruits as snacks. My friend told me that grapes are fattening and should be avoided if you're trying to lose weight. Is this really true, or can I still enjoy them in moderation?

Grapes are natural fruits, how can they make you fat? They are mostly water and very good for digestion. Just don't eat too many at once, eat a small cup daily and it will keep you fresh and active.

I used to think grapes were fattening because they are so sweet, but they are actually quite low in calories if you stick to a normal portion. I usually count out 10 to 15 grapes for my evening snack. It totally satisfies my sweet cravings without messing up my calorie deficit.

Grapes are not fattening at all, ho na! People unnecessarily panic about fruit sugar. Just eat them fresh and don't make sweet juices out of them because juices lose all the fiber and that's when they cause weight gain. Simple, na?

My daughter wanted to lose weight and started skipping fruits, thinking they would make her fat. I had to explain to her that grapes are a much healthier option than processed diet biscuits. I pack a small box of grapes with some almonds for her college, and it keeps her energized and healthy.

For managing my weight and high BP, I replaced fried snacks with fruits like grapes. They are not fattening if your overall lifestyle is active and you eat clean. Make sure to get your blood pressure and sugar checked regularly while working on your health goals.

No, grapes aren't fattening as long as you keep your portions under control and stay active. A handful of grapes before your workout can actually give you a nice natural energy boost. Just make sure to pair your healthy eating with regular walks or exercise if your doctor allows.

No way, man, grapes aren't going to make you fat unless you eat them by the bucket. I eat a small bowl of green grapes almost every day after my gym sessions and my weight has been totally stable. They are just water, fiber, and some natural sugars.
