Are grapes bad for weight loss?
I'm trying to lose some stubborn belly fat. I love eating grapes as a snack, especially in the evening. Someone told me grapes are really high in sugar and bad for weight loss. Is that true?

Listen, don't stress too much about eating a few grapes, they are not going to ruin your diet! They are mostly water and vitamins, which is great for you. Just don't eat a whole bowl while watching TV, but a small handful is totally fine.
Grapes are basically tiny water balloons with a bit of natural sugar, so they aren't going to make you gain 5 kilos overnight! Just count them out before eating. If you eat ten, you're fine; if you eat fifty, well, then you might need to do some extra jumping jacks!
At my age, even drinking water feels like it adds weight, but grapes are definitely not the main enemy here. They are a much better snack than eating a packet of biscuits or bhujia. Just keep the portion sensible and you will survive your weight loss journey!
I totally get it, when you are trying to lose weight, every single fruit starts looking like a sugar bomb and it gets so stressful. Grapes are actually a lovely, hydrating snack that can satisfy your sweet cravings naturally. Just try to enjoy them in moderation without worrying too much.

Grapes are fresh fruits given by nature, so they can never be bad for your health. It is much better to eat a few fresh grapes when you feel hungry instead of eating oily samosas or packed snacks. Just eat a small bowl and stay happy and healthy.
