Are ginger shots good for weight loss?

A lot of health influencers drinking ginger shots claim they're great for metabolism and weight loss. I'm trying to shed a few kilos. Do these ginger shots actually work for weight loss, or is it just a fad?

I completely understand how stressful it feels when you are trying everything to lose weight and searching for answers online. Ginger shots can feel very refreshing and good for digestion, which might help your gut feel lighter. Just don't stress yourself out thinking you absolutely must drink them to see results.

Son, in my sixty years, I have seen so many health trends come and go. Ginger is a beautiful root that we have used in our household for generations for cough and digestion. It will keep your stomach healthy, but real weight loss only comes from active living and simple eating.

I tried ginger shots on an empty stomach and honestly, I got so anxious because it gave me a burning sensation in my throat. I kept searching if I had caused an ulcer! They might boost metabolism slightly, but please be careful and don't make them too strong.

At this age, my metabolism is slower than my internet connection, and no amount of burning ginger shots seems to wake it up! They are great for waking you up in the morning, but don't expect them to burn off last night's biryani. You still have to do the hard work.

These influencer videos showing aesthetic ginger shots are highly exaggerated for views. There is no solid scientific evidence that concentrated ginger melts fat. In fact, concentrated ginger can cause severe acidity or stomach irritation in some people, so check with your doctor before starting this daily.

Honestly, I barely have the energy to open my eyes in the morning, let alone grate ginger and squeeze shots. I tried it once and it just gave me acidity because of my terrible sleep schedule. If you have the energy to make them, go ahead, but a good night's sleep might actually help your metabolism more!
