Are fried eggs good for weight loss?

Trying to lose some weight, I usually have eggs for breakfast. I like my eggs fried, but I'm not sure if that's the best way to prepare them for weight loss. Is eating fried eggs suitable when you're trying to reduce your weight?

Yes, eggs are great for weight loss because of the protein, but try to use minimal oil or butter when frying them.

Of course they are, as long as you aren't swimming them in half a block of butter! Just use a non-stick pan and a tiny spray of oil. Otherwise, you're eating fried oil with a side of egg, which defeats the whole purpose.

Eggs are an absolute superfood for weight loss. The protein keeps you full for hours so you don't mindlessly snack. Just cook them in a single teaspoon of olive oil or ghee, and don't overcomplicate it.

I used to worry that the oil in fried eggs would ruin my diet, so I only ate boiled whites. But actually, a little bit of healthy fat is fine. Just measure your oil with a spoon instead of pouring it directly, it helps ease the anxiety.

Fried eggs are actually amazing for weight loss, yaar. I have two sunny-side-ups every morning. Just don't go crazy with the butter and bread, and it works perfectly to keep you full till lunchtime.
