Are eggs bad for weight loss?

I've started going to the gym and my trainer recommended eating eggs for protein. But some of my friends say eggs can actually be bad for weight loss because of the cholesterol or something. Should I avoid them if I'm trying to cut down?

My grandmother always said eggs are good for stamina. When I started my weight loss journey, my doctor confirmed that having boiled eggs for breakfast is actually very beneficial for shedding weight.

I am so tired today that even boiling an egg feels like a workout. But honestly, they are great for weight loss because they are super easy to make and keep me full so I don't binge later.

Hamare yahan toh sab kehte hain andey khane se sharir mazboot hota hai. Agar vajan kam karna hai, toh subah do uble andey khao, dinbhar taqat rahegi aur bhookh bhi kam lagegi.

If you are busy like me, eggs are the most time-saving weight loss food. Two boiled eggs take 10 minutes and keep you satisfied till lunch. Highly practical for a busy lifestyle.

I know how stressful it is to doubt everything you eat when trying to lose weight. I used to feel so guilty after eating eggs, but once I realized how good they are for metabolism, that fear went away.

They are excellent for fat loss. I eat three egg whites daily and combine it with a brisk 40-minute walk in the evening. Just keep your overall routine active.

Unless you are frying them in a pool of butter and eating them with four butter toasts, eggs are definitely not bad for weight loss! Boiled eggs are your best friends here.

Eggs are good, but please don't start any heavy diet without a basic blood checkup first. I ignored my high cholesterol once and regretted it. Get checked, then plan your weight loss diet.

Eggs are a staple in fitness diets for a reason. High protein preserves your muscle mass while you burn fat. Pair them with a good workout routine for the best results.

I was just searching about this online and found that eggs have a high satiety index. That basically means they make you feel full for longer, which naturally helps with weight loss.
