Are cherries bad for weight loss?

I've been trying to lose weight for a few months now. My friend suggested adding more fruits to my diet, but I'm worried about the sugar content in cherries. Are they bad for weight loss?

Cherries are actually great for a weight loss diet because they are very low in calories but high in water content and fiber. They keep you full for longer so you don't reach for junk food. Just make sure you are eating fresh ones and not the sweetened canned ones.

I used to focus only on quick diet fixes and ignored my sudden weight gain, which later turned out to be thyroid issue. Cherries are fine, but if you are struggling to lose weight despite eating clean, please get a full blood panel and thyroid checkup done first.

Cherries are a super food for post-workout recovery because of their anti-inflammatory properties. I love eating a small bowl after my daily run. If your physical health allows, combining a clean diet with a simple 45-minute brisk walk daily will do wonders for your weight loss.

I go to a clinical nutritionist at Apollo and she told me fruits like cherries are excellent for weight management. But if you have any underlying metabolic issues, it is always better to get a proper diet chart made. Ask your doctor clearly how many grams you should consume daily.

I know how terrifying it is when you want to lose weight but feel like every single food item might ruin your progress. I used to stress so much over minor things. Trust me, cherries are very safe and won't affect your weight loss as long as you keep your portions sensible.

Honestly, I am too tired to count calories, but cherries are my midnight savior when I am working late. They satisfy my sweet tooth without making me feel guilty. Plus, I heard they have melatonin, though I am still waiting for them to actually make me sleep!

Haan na, weight loss ke time sweet cravings handle karna bahut mushkil hota hai. Cherries are perfect for that. Low calorie hotey hain and pet bhi bhar jata hai, so tension mat lo aur araam se khao.
