Are boiled eggs fattening for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and have been eating boiled eggs for breakfast as they are high in protein. My gym trainer said they are very healthy, but my aunt told me they might be fattening. Are boiled eggs considered fattening when you're trying to lose weight?

Not at all, boiled eggs are actually your best friend for weight loss! I tried so many extreme diets but nothing kept me full like two boiled eggs with a pinch of black pepper in the morning. They keep you energetic and prevent unnecessary snacking.

Actually, boiled eggs are an excellent source of lean protein. One large egg is only about 70-80 calories, so they aren't fattening at all. If you are highly concerned about fat intake, you can just eat the whites, but the yolk has some very important nutrients too.

I can only speak from my own gym journey, but eating 3 egg whites and 1 whole boiled egg daily really helped me lean down. I never found them fattening. Again, this is just what worked for my routine.

Trust me, boiled eggs are a lifesaver when you are trying to cut down calories. The key is to avoid frying them or using heavy butter. Just boil them, sprinkle some chat masala or pepper, and you have the perfect clean snack.

Fattening? No way, they are the only thing saving me from starving because I'm too tired to cook a real meal after late shifts. Boiling an egg takes five minutes and keeps me from ordering burgers at 2 AM.

Boiled eggs are highly nutritious and generally support weight loss due to their high protein content which boosts satiety. However, weight loss depends on your overall daily calorie deficit. If you have high cholesterol, it is best to consult your doctor or nutritionist about egg yolks.

They are definitely not fattening if eaten in moderation. However, if you are incorporating them, ensure your overall diet remains balanced with plenty of fiber from vegetables, as eggs have zero fiber. Don't skip your greens!

With PCOS, managing weight is so tricky and we worry about every single food. For me, boiled eggs have been safe and didn't cause any issues, but everyone's body reacts differently. Try having them for a week and see how your digestion feels.
