Are apples good for weight loss?

I've been trying to lose weight for a few months now and incorporating more fruits into my diet. Apples are a staple for me as a snack. Are apples good for weight loss, or should I be choosing other fruits instead?

They are perfect for a calorie deficit, bro. One medium apple has barely 90-100 calories but gives you a lot of volume and fiber, which keeps hunger away. Pair it with a scoop of peanut butter or some whey protein to make it a solid pre-workout snack.

I recently lost about 8 kgs after struggling for a year. Trust me, swapping my 4 PM samosa or chai-biscuit with a sliced apple made a massive difference in my daily calorie count. It satisfies the sweet craving perfectly and keeps you full till dinner.

I started eating an apple every evening instead of biscuits to lose weight, but sometimes I feel very bloated afterwards. Does this happen to anyone else too? I really want to stick to it but the stomach heaviness makes me a bit worried.

Bro, don't stress too much about calories and all. Apples are basically mostly water and fiber, they are super healthy and will definitely help you cut down on junk. Just grab one whenever you feel like eating snacks and you'll see the difference easily!

Managing weight with PCOS is so tricky, but apples have really helped me. Because of their low glycemic index, they don't cause those crazy insulin spikes that lead to more cravings. I usually have them with a few walnuts to balance the carbs, and it works well for me.

In our old days, we didn't have these fancy weight loss diets. Eating a fresh apple in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water is the best way to keep your digestive system clean. If your stomach is clean, weight will stay balanced naturally.
