Are almonds good for weight loss?

I've started a new fitness routine and trying to eat healthier to lose some excess weight. Many of my gym buddies swear by almonds as a healthy snack. Are almonds good for weight loss, and how many should I eat daily?

Yes, almonds are excellent for vegetarians looking to lose weight because they provide healthy protein and fats. Just be careful not to eat more than a handful daily, as they are calorie-dense and overeating them can stop your weight loss.

They are the most practical snack for busy workdays. A small jar of raw almonds on your desk keeps you away from office snacks and helps maintain your calorie deficit easily.

Don't stress too much about the fats in nuts, bro. Almonds are super healthy and actually help you shed fat by keeping you full. Just grab a few instead of chips when you are hungry.

Haan na, badam are actually very good for dieting because they keep you full for so long. I replace my evening biscuits with a few almonds and it really helps stop the junk cravings.

I just lost 5 kgs over the last three months, and swapping my tea-time rusks with 6-8 almonds was a game-changer. They really help control appetite, just stick to raw or soaked ones.

They are great for weight loss as long as you don't eat them fried and salted while watching Netflix! A small handful works wonders to stop you from ordering pizza, just keep the portion size under control.

I want to start eating almonds for my diet but I am worried the high fat content will make me gain weight instead. Did anyone else feel anxious about this before starting, and how many did you eat daily to see results?

My mother always tells me to eat soaked almonds for health, but for weight loss, my doctor advised keeping the portion limited to 8-10 pieces. They do help you feel full, but keeping track of the quantity is important.

With my PCOS, weight loss is very slow, but almonds have helped manage my insulin spikes. They are helpful, but don't expect miracles on their own; you still need to manage overall carbs and stay active.

Yes, they are highly beneficial because of their fiber and protein content. Just take it easy, add a small handful to your daily routine, and you will slowly start seeing a difference in your cravings.
