Are alanis good for weight loss?

I've started going to the gym and my trainer suggested adding 'alanis' to my diet for better results. I'm not entirely sure what he means, but I'm primarily focused on losing weight. Are alanis good for weight loss?

At my age, I have realized that these fancy packaged energy drinks are not needed for a healthy life. For losing weight, plain lime water, butter milk, or green tea work much better and are safe. Don't rely on chemical drinks to stay fit.

Yaar, actually Alani Nu is popular because it has low calories and zero sugar, but it is loaded with caffeine and artificial sweeteners. It might give you a quick energy boost for workouts, but it won't magically burn fat. Better to focus on your diet, honestly.

Please be very careful with highly caffeinated drinks like Alani. I had severe heart palpitations and acidity issues after consuming energy drinks regularly during my weight loss journey. Please consult your physician before adding these to your routine.

I asked my clinical nutritionist at Aster Hospital about these pre-workout energy drinks. She advised that high caffeine can dehydrate the body and cause sleep issues, which actually hurts weight loss. You should check with your doctor before consuming them.

My family always advises sticking to tender coconut water or buttermilk for energy during hot days. However, if you are looking at sports drinks like Alani, my doctor suggested limiting artificial sweeteners as they can affect gut health. Take a professional's advice.

Honestly, they are okay as a zero-sugar caffeine kick before hitting the gym, but they don't do any fat-burning on their own. If your diet is bad, no energy drink will save your weight loss. Just drink black coffee, it’s much cheaper and does the job.

These imported energy drinks are very expensive and not necessary for weight loss. Instead of spending money on Alani, you can drink warm water with lemon or fresh black tea. A simple home-cooked meal with daily walking is more than enough to lose weight.
