Are air fried potatoes good for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on oily foods for weight loss and recently bought an air fryer. I love potatoes, but want to make sure I'm making healthy choices. Are air fried potatoes good for weight loss compared to other potato preparations?

My son loves French fries, so we bought an air fryer to make a healthier version with just a few drops of oil. It is definitely a much better option than deep-frying them in oil. Just make sure to control the portion size, as potatoes are still rich in carbohydrates.

Beta, in our days we ate boiled potatoes with a little salt and remained healthy. If you use the air fryer with very little oil, it is a good and light option for the stomach. Do not worry too much, just avoid eating them in large quantities late at night.

Yes, air frying reduces the fat content drastically compared to traditional frying, making potatoes a viable carb source for weight loss. However, it still boils down to your total daily calorie intake. Track your portions, add some seasoning, and enjoy them mindfully.

I’m also trying to lose weight and love potatoes, but I’m always scared they will ruin my progress even if they are air-fried. Has anyone else successfully lost weight while keeping air-fried potatoes in their weekly diet plan? I really want to know if it works.

Air frying is basically telling your heart 'I tried' while still enjoying your favorite aloo! It is definitely a lifesaver for weight loss cravings because you save hundreds of calories of oil. Just don't eat a whole bucket of them while watching Netflix!
