Will the pregnancy test be positive with an ectopic pregnancy?

My period is a week late, and I took a home pregnancy test which came back positive. But I'm also having some strange pains on one side of my stomach, and I'm a bit worried. Could the test still be positive if it's an ectopic pregnancy?

Honestly, a regular home test will probably come positive because the hormones are there. But for anything that feels off, especially with severe pain, ghar pe remedies aren't the answer. Go to the hospital fast, that's crucial.

Yes, usually a standard pregnancy test will show positive because your body is still producing hCG hormone. But ectopic pregnancy is serious, so if you have pain or unusual bleeding, please see a doctor immediately.

Yeah, technically the pregnancy hormones are present, so a test will likely be positive. But ectopic is a medical emergency, so don't rely just on a strip. Get proper medical check-up, an ultrasound will confirm everything.

Beta, haan, usually these tests will show positive, because it's still a pregnancy. But it's a very serious matter if it's ectopic. You must consult a good lady doctor quickly, don't delay it. Health is most important.

I think it can be positive because your body is still producing pregnancy hormones, right? But dude, ectopic sounds really serious, so if you suspect it, like, definitely go to a proper doctor. Don't wait.

Mere saath bhi aisa hua tha, test positive aaya but I had severe stomach pain. Ectopic pregnancy is dangerous, you need immediate medical attention. Don't waste time, go to the emergency room, they'll do scans.
