Why is my gum swollen around one tooth no pain?

There's a part of my gum swollen around one tooth, but it doesn't hurt at all. I noticed it while brushing. Is it something I should worry about even if there's no pain?

Please don't ignore it just because there's no pain. I made that mistake once with a swollen gum and it turned into a huge abscess later. Better to spend a little time at the dentist now than suffer a lot later. Go get it checked, trust me.

A swollen gum, even without pain, could indicate several things: a minor infection, food impaction, or even the beginning of gum disease. While it's not painful now, it's wise to get it checked by a dentist. Early intervention can prevent more significant issues later.

Yes, swollen gums can be tricky even without pain. Make sure you're flossing gently around that area.

Swollen gum without pain? Schedule a quick dental checkup. It could be minor food debris, or maybe something needing a professional clean. Don't procrastinate, a small issue can escalate and lead to more time off work. Just get it done.

First, try rinsing your mouth with warm salt water a few times a day, it often helps with minor gum swelling. Also, make sure you're brushing and flossing properly around that tooth. If it doesn't settle in a couple of days, then a visit to the local dentist is sensible. No need to worry too much yet.

Yaar, swollen gum but no pain, that's actually a bit confusing. Sometimes mere saath bhi hota hai, maybe some food got stuck. But if it's persisting, then dental check-up karva lo. Better to be safe, na?
