Why does my hair fall out so easily?

Meri hairfall ki problem kuch zyada hi ho gayi hai. Just a light touch and strands come out. My parlourwali said maybe it's my diet, but I eat home food mostly.

Ugh, tell me about it! My hair has been falling out easily too, especially during seasonal changes. I've found that being gentle with it, using a wide-tooth comb, and making sure my diet has enough protein and iron helps a little. But if it's very noticeable, it's always good to get a blood test for deficiencies.

I've been looking into this too, and it seems like there are so many potential reasons! Like, stress, diet, even just how often you wash it. It makes me wonder if everyone is just losing hair easily these days or if it's specific to certain factors. Hope you find your answer!

Aww, don't let those lovely locks escape too easily! 💇‍♀️ Sometimes it's just gentle tugs or even styling that makes them seem to fall more. But if you're really seeing a lot, maybe your hair needs some extra nutrients or a gentler routine! A doctor can confirm if anything's missing. ✨

From my own experience, I noticed my hair falling out more easily when I was extremely stressed with work deadlines. Once I managed to de-stress a bit and started eating more home-cooked meals, it seemed to improve. But I'm not a doctor, so this is just what happened to me.

Hmm, maybe your hair is protesting your diet? If you're like me and love all the yummy junk food, sometimes our body (and hair!) doesn't get enough good stuff. Try adding more protein and fresh veggies to your plate. Who knows, maybe your hair just needs a delicious nutrient boost!

Oh, this would send my anxiety through the roof! Every time I comb my hair, if I see too much, I start overthinking everything wrong with my health. It's so scary. Just know that it's okay to be worried, but the best way to stop worrying is to get it checked by a professional.
