Why does my body heat up when i sleep?

Every night, I wake up feeling so hot, even with the AC on! It's like my body is an oven from inside. My husband keeps asking me if I'm okay.

Dekho, your body's temperature naturally changes a bit while sleeping. Agar room garam hai, ya blankets heavy hain, toh bhi heat zyada lagegi. Simple hai, AC chala lo ya halki chaadar lo. Zyada socho mat.

It's quite normal for your body temperature to fluctuate during sleep cycles. Sometimes just the room being too warm or having too many blankets can make you feel heated. Try to keep your bedroom cool and wear light clothing.

Oh, I just went through this! For me, it was actually due to stress. Once I started managing my stress better and ensured I wasn't eating heavy meals too late, the night sweats and feeling hot went away. Also, switched to breathable cotton sheets, that helped a lot!

Beti, sometimes this just happens. Maybe you ate something spicy for dinner, or the room is a little too warm. Try sleeping with the window open a little if it's not too cold outside. A glass of plain water before bed can also help.

Maybe your body is just generating extra energy for your epic dream adventures! Kidding, but seriously, it's often just your metabolism doing its thing or you're wrapped up too tight. Try sleeping like a starfish in an igloo. Works for me! 😄

Your body is a temple, my dear, always working, even in sleep. It's often just natural processes or a reflection of your day's activities. Keep a calm mind and a cool environment. Trust in your body's wisdom, and if concern persists, consult a good elder or healer.
