Why does my body feel warm but no fever?

I've been feeling unusually warm for the past few days, like I'm running a low fever, but my thermometer says my temperature is normal. It's quite confusing. Why does my body feel warm without a fever?

Sometimes after a good workout or if you're a bit dehydrated, your body temperature can feel elevated even without a fever. Make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day, especially if you're active. Electrolyte balance also plays a role in temperature regulation.

This is quite common and can be caused by various factors like stress, hormonal changes (especially for women), or even just being in a warm environment. Your core body temperature might be normal, but your skin temperature can feel higher. Staying hydrated usually helps, but if it persists, see a doctor.

Simple si baat hai, body garmi mehsoos karti hai kai reasons se. Stress, dehydration, ya even digestion. Pehle paani theek se piyo. Agar problem rehti hai, toh doctor ko dikhao. Bina reason tension mat lo.

Haan yaar, mere saath bhi hota hai kabhi-kabhi. Usually, it's when I'm stressed or if the weather is too humid. Bas paani piyo zyada se zyada, na. Aur thoda rest karo. Agar bahot uncomfortable lage toh doc ko dikha lena.

I've tried so many things for that feeling! Cold packs on my wrists, keeping my feet in cool water, drinking sattu or jaljeera. Sometimes it just means you're a bit overheated or stressed. For me, these natural coolers work wonders. But if it's new and worrying, do get it checked.

Feeling warm without a fever could also be related to stress or general bodily inflammation. For people with high BP, managing stress is crucial. Also, sometimes certain medications can cause changes in body temperature. Always discuss such feelings with your doctor during your regular check-ups to ensure everything is okay.

Bro, happens to me after a late-night study session or if I've been chugging too much coffee. My head feels like it's radiating heat but no fever. I just chug some water and crash. Maybe you just need to chill out a bit, literally!
