Why do i have pain behind my knee?

I've started feeling pain behind my knee, especially when I bend it or walk for a long time. It feels like something is pulling. My dad said it might be a muscle pull, but I'm not sure.

Oh no, knee pain is the worst! 🦵 Could it be from a workout, or maybe just sitting in a weird position for too long? Try some gentle stretching and resting it for a bit. Hope it feels better soon! ✨

Knee pain can be caused by so many things, from a muscle strain to something more serious like a meniscus tear. Don't try to self-diagnose or just take remedies based on what someone online says. It's crucial to get it checked by an orthopedist to know the real issue.

That sounds painful! I've seen people talk about 'Baker's Cyst' when they have pain behind the knee, especially if there's swelling. But it could also be a hamstring issue or just overuse. It's really hard to pinpoint without knowing more.

Yo, knee pain sucks, man. Did you like, twist it or something during sports? Or maybe just sat too long? Sometimes it's just a cramp or a muscle pull. Try stretching a bit, but if it keeps hurting, definitely show it to a doctor.

Hey, take it easy with that knee. Pain behind the knee can be a bit tricky because there are important structures back there. It could be something simple like a muscle strain or if you've been exercising a lot. If it's persistent or severe, best to get it checked out by a physio or doctor.
