Why do i have dandruff in my hair?

I've had dandruff in my hair for a while now, and it's quite visible. It makes my scalp itchy and sometimes a bit sore. Is there a natural remedy or something stronger I can try?

Dandruff is super common. Usually it's a combo of dry scalp, fungal overgrowth (Malassezia), or sometimes just product buildup. Make sure you're using a good anti-dandruff shampoo that works for you. If it's persistent, see a dermatologist, they'll sort it out.

Hey, don't worry too much, dandruff is something almost everyone experiences at some point. It's often due to a dry scalp, fungal infection, or reaction to hair products. Try using a gentle anti-dandruff shampoo regularly and see if it helps. If it gets worse or is very itchy, then it's good to show a doctor.

Oh no, I hate when I get dandruff! Does anyone else here worry if it's something serious? I always think my scalp is super unhealthy. Is it just dry scalp, or can it be more? It makes me feel so self-conscious.

Please don't ignore persistent dandruff. I thought it was just a cosmetic issue, but it actually led to severe scalp irritation and hair fall for me. It's important to get it properly diagnosed by a dermatologist because it could be anything from a simple dry scalp to seborrheic dermatitis, and requires specific treatment.
