Why do hair loss occurs?

My hair has been falling out quite a bit these past few months, and it's starting to worry me. My dad also experienced hair loss at a younger age, so I'm wondering if it's genetic or something else. Is there any common reason for this happening?

Hair loss can be due to so many reasons, not just genetics. I've seen it linked to stress, poor diet lacking protein and vitamins, and even intense workouts without proper recovery. Make sure you're getting enough protein, biotin, and iron. Also, keep stress in check, maybe add some light exercise or meditation, helps overall health and hair too.

Hair fall ke bahut reasons ho sakte hain. Kabhi stress, kabhi diet mein kami, ya phir paani bhi suit nahi karta. Hum toh ghar pe regularly tel lagate hain, aur khane-peene ka dhyan rakhte hain. Zyada ho toh doctor ko dikhaate hain. Simple solutions try karne chahiye pehle.

For women, hormonal imbalances like those in PCOS are a very common reason for hair thinning or loss. I've personally experienced it. It's not just about what you apply on your hair, but what's happening inside your body. It's really important to get a proper diagnosis and work with a doctor to manage the root cause, not just the symptom.

Hair loss can be tricky, it's often multifactorial. Genetics play a big role, but also nutritional deficiencies (iron, vitamin D, biotin), hormonal changes (thyroid, PCOS), stress, and even certain medications. I track my nutrient intake via an app to ensure I'm not deficient, and manage stress through mindfulness apps. Getting a blood test is usually the first step to pinpoint the cause.

Hair loss, haan, yeh toh umar ke saath hota hi hai. Mere baal bhi bahut jhadte the. Sometimes it's just natural aging, sometimes stress from work or family. Don't worry too much, try to eat healthy, take some supplements if doc advises. It's part of life, just focus on staying healthy overall.
