Honestly, I totally get that worry. When my sleep pattern changed suddenly, I was so anxious about what it could mean for my health. It's really unsettling when something as basic as sleep feels off, no? Don't stress too much about it right away.
Hey, I used to struggle with this a lot in college, especially around exam time. Sometimes it's just stress or a change in routine. Maybe try to fix a sleep schedule, even on weekends? And make sure your room is super dark and quiet.
Same here sometimes! I also feel like 5 hours is all I can manage, then I'm just wide awake. Does anyone else wake up feeling exhausted even after those few hours? Or do you feel okay? Wondering if this is normal.
It's tough when sleep doesn't come easily. Hope you find a solution soon.
