Our elders always say to drink tender coconut water or fresh juice, not these packaged sugary drinks. But for specific guidelines on how much to reduce, especially if you want to control weight, it's best to hear from your doctor or a dietician. They will give good advice.

Too much sugar is poison, beti. Our ancestors drank water, chaas, nimbu pani. These new cold drinks only give problems. Reduce them and you will see the difference in your body. But if you have any sickness, doctor knows best.

Yaar, everyone knows sugary drinks are the worst for weight gain, na? Actually, the WHO and other health bodies officially recommend cutting them down drastically. It's not just about the calories, but how fast they impact your blood sugar.

From my experience, self-diagnosing or relying on general advice for something like weight gain can sometimes lead to more complications. For reducing free sugars and sugary drinks, especially if weight gain is a concern, please consult a medical professional. They can provide tailored and safe guidelines.
