Heat exhaustion is milder, with heavy sweating, weakness, and dizziness. Heat stroke is much more serious, life-threatening even, where the body temp goes really high and sweating stops, leading to confusion or loss of consciousness. Always get medical help for stroke immediately.

Haan na, heat exhaustion mein you feel dizzy and tired, but in heat stroke, it's really bad, body ka temperature bahut high ho jaata hai and you can even faint. Very important to know the difference and stay hydrated, especially in summer.

Heat exhaustion is when you're overheated but can still sweat. Heat stroke is a medical emergency; sweating stops, body temperature soars, and confusion/collapse can happen. Immediate cooling and medical attention are crucial for heat stroke.

Ah, heat. Pehle toh bas garmi lagti thi, ab toh lagta hai body hi shutdown ho jaayegi. Heat exhaustion mein bas thoda rest karlo, pani piyo, chal jaata hai. But heat stroke? That's when you call for an ambulance, yaar. My body can't handle anything these days.

With my thyroid issues, I'm extra careful in heat. Heat exhaustion can be managed by moving to a cool place and hydrating. Heat stroke is an emergency, body stops sweating, needs immediate hospitalization. Always keep your doctor informed about any heat-related symptoms, especially if you have existing conditions.

Heat exhaustion is the less severe form, where you sweat heavily. Heat stroke is very serious, body temperature rises uncontrollably and sweating stops, requiring emergency care. Please stay safe in the heat.

Don't stress too much about the technical terms, babe. Just remember, if someone is really hot, not sweating, and acting confused, it's heat stroke and they need a doctor ASAP! If they're just super sweaty and dizzy, it's probably exhaustion, just cool them down and give water.
