Bhaiyya, vajan badhane ke liye protein powder ka pooch rahe ho? Hamare yahan toh log doodh, dahi, ghevar, aur jiske ghar murgi hai, woh ande khaate hain. Yeh sab asli cheezein hain. Par agar powder hi lena hai toh koi accha wala lena jo dosto ne bataya ho. Aur haan, gym bhi jaana.

Beta, vajan badhane ke liye pehle toh ghar ka khaana acche se khaao. Doodh, kela, ghee, chana. Yeh sab bahut faydemand hai. Aur agar powder lena hi hai toh dhyan se lena, usme koi nuksaan na ho. Mere bete ne bhi liya tha, usko toh kafi farak pada, par usne exercise bhi ki thi.

Yaar, for weight gain, you actually need a mass gainer, not just a pure protein powder. Mass gainers have more carbs and fats along with protein, which helps in increasing calorie intake easily. Just check the ingredients properly, some have too much sugar. And consistency is key with diet and gym, bro.

I totally get it, wanting to bulk up and gain good weight. It's not always easy. For men, a proper mass gainer is usually recommended rather than just a protein powder. These have the extra calories from carbs and fats you need. Just make sure to pick a reputable brand and combine it with a solid workout plan and balanced meals, not just shakes.

Been there, done that! For male weight gain, you definitely need a good mass gainer with a high calorie count. Look for one with complex carbs like oats or maltodextrin, and a blend of whey and casein protein. I personally used Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass, and combined with heavy lifting and consistent eating, saw good results. Don't rely solely on the powder, your overall diet and training are paramount.
