Which position is good to sleep?

I've been waking up with a lot of back pain recently, and I think it might be my sleeping position. My bed is fine, so I'm wondering if there's a particular sleeping position that's better for overall health and avoiding aches.

For PCOS, sometimes stomach sleeping can put pressure on the abdomen, which isn't ideal. I try to sleep on my back or side. But it really varies person to person, and what's comfortable for your spine. It's probably best to listen to your body and what feels most restful for you.

Yay for good sleep! 😄 I find sleeping on my side with a pillow between my knees is super comfy. It helps keep my back happy! Some people love sleeping on their back too. It really depends on you, but side or back is generally recommended! 😴

Good sleep posture is so important for overall health, especially if you have issues like thyroid problems affecting energy. I find sleeping on my back with a pillow under my knees helps keep my spine aligned. But for specific problems like neck or back pain, always get it checked by a doctor or physiotherapist. Don't ignore persistent pain.

Vanakam. My grandmother used to say, sleep facing the east! Haha, but scientifically, sleeping on your side, especially your left side, is said to be good for digestion and circulation. If you have any aches, a doctor or physiotherapist is best to advise on position. They will know your body condition.

Honestly, whatever position lets you actually fall asleep and not stare at the ceiling for hours, that's the best position! 😂 But seriously, I've heard sleeping on your side is good, especially if you get acidity. Otherwise, back sleeping is chill too.
