Honestly, focusing too much on what 'others' think of you can really mess with your head. While feedback is good, obsessing over it isn't healthy. Self-acceptance is key! ✨

Many things are important for shanti (peace) of mind. But constantly trying to please everyone, that is not good for mental health. You cannot make everyone happy. Focus on your own peace, pray, and simple practices like early morning walks also help a lot.

I've learned that trying to achieve perfection in every single aspect of life is definitely not important for mental health, in fact, it's quite damaging. It sets you up for constant disappointment. Focus on progress, not perfection, and cut yourself some slack. It really works.

While home remedies like yoga and meditation help a lot for calm, unnecessary stress from chasing unrealistic expectations of success is not good for mental health. Balance is key. If feelings become too heavy, a doctor's visit is always important.
