Which of the following statements about sleep deprivation is false?

I've been working night shifts for a while and my sleep has been terrible. Someone told me sleep deprivation can affect memory, but I also heard some things that sounded a bit extreme. I want to know which statements about it are actually false.

I've heard doctors at Apollo stress that it's false that you can just 'catch up' on sleep on weekends and undo all the harm from weekdays. Chronic sleep deprivation has cumulative negative effects that can't simply be erased. Ask your sleep specialist about it.

I'm pretty sure it's false that sleep deprivation only affects how tired you feel. From what I've read, it can mess with your mood, concentration, and even your immune system. It's more serious than just being sleepy.

Is it false that you can get used to very little sleep and be perfectly fine? Because sometimes I feel okay on 5 hours, but then I'm super irritable later. Does anyone else feel like they trick themselves into thinking they're fine?

It is false to think that sleeping less makes you more productive. Our body needs rest to function well, just as our mind needs peace. Prioritize your sleep, for it is a divine gift.

Haan, log sochte hain ki kaam zyada ho toh neend kam karlo. Lekin yeh galat hai na. Neend puri na ho toh body aur mind dono ko nuksaan hota hai. Tabiyat kharab ho jaati hai.
