Hepatitis B can have very serious long-term effects if not managed. It can lead to chronic liver infection, which might then progress to cirrhosis (scarring of the liver) or even liver cancer. If you're concerned about this, please go to a reputable hospital and speak to a gastroenterologist or liver specialist. They can explain everything properly.

Oh, that sounds very serious. So it affects the liver mostly, right? And can it be completely cured, or is it usually a long-term problem? I'm trying to understand more about it. Thanks for any insights.

Hepatitis B can cause a range of issues, from acute infection with symptoms like jaundice and fatigue, to chronic infection which can silently lead to severe liver damage like cirrhosis and liver cancer. It's a serious viral infection affecting the liver.

Hepatitis B? Uff, another thing to worry about with age! I remember hearing about jaundice being one of its effects, and if it becomes chronic, then liver damage. My liver has seen enough already, I don't need any more complications! Better stay healthy.

The main issue with Hepatitis B, especially if it turns chronic, is that it can damage the liver badly over time. This means problems like cirrhosis or even liver cancer. The practical solution is to get vaccinated if you haven't, and if infected, regular checkups with a doctor to manage it and prevent serious complications.
