Which medication is best for bad asthma?

My asthma has been really bad these past few months, and my current inhaler isn't helping much. I feel breathless quite often. Can anyone tell me which medication is generally considered best for severe asthma?

For bad asthma, your doctor will likely prescribe a combination of a rescue inhaler for quick relief and a daily controller medication, maybe a steroid inhaler. I just went through a bad phase myself and this combination, along with regular follow-ups, helped me get it under control. Don't self-medicate, please!

I know you're looking for help, but for bad asthma, it's really important to consult a qualified doctor, like a pulmonologist. They will prescribe the specific medications, maybe a combination of bronchodilators and corticosteroids, that are tailored to your needs. Self-treating can be very dangerous. Please get a proper medical opinion.

Please, for severe asthma, don't ask on forums. Go to a pulmonologist immediately. I ignored my worsening symptoms for too long and it became very serious. Only a doctor can assess your condition and prescribe the right and BEST medication for YOU.

Ho na, bad asthma is really scary. My aunt has it, and her doctor prescribed some specific inhalers and sometimes tablets also, depending on how bad it gets. Best is to see a good chest specialist, they understand these things the best.

Listen, if it's 'bad asthma', you need a proper doctor, not advice here. They will do tests and give you the right inhaler or medicines. No home remedies or internet advice for something serious like this. Go to the clinic.
