Which is worse type i or ii diabetes?

My grandfather has Type 2 diabetes, and my friend's cousin, who is quite young, has Type 1. It seems like both are serious, but I'm curious. Which one, Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes, is generally considered to be 'worse' or more critical?

Look, don't rely on random internet advice for something as serious as diabetes. Both Type 1 and Type 2 are chronic conditions with serious long-term complications if not managed properly. Type 1 requires insulin for life, while Type 2 can sometimes be managed with lifestyle changes initially. But 'worse' is subjective. Always consult a proper endocrinologist for accurate information and treatment.

Beta, both forms of diabetes are serious and need much care. Type 1, the janam se hone wala, needs insulin injections from childhood, which is very hard. Type 2 usually comes later in life, and sometimes can be controlled with food and exercise, but also needs medicines. For both, controlling sugar is important. Neem ke patte ya karela juice thoda support de sakte hain, but doctors ka kehna maano always.

As a working professional, managing any chronic condition is challenging due to time constraints. Type 1 requires constant vigilance with insulin and blood sugar monitoring, which is a significant daily commitment. Type 2, while sometimes manageable with diet, can also progress to needing insulin. Both can lead to serious complications, so 'worse' is hard to say. Focus on early detection and strict adherence to medical advice for either.

Oh God, this question makes me anxious! I'm always overthinking my health. Both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes sound incredibly difficult to manage, with so many potential complications. I guess Type 1 feels scarier because it's lifelong and autoimmune, but Type 2 can also get very severe. It must be so hard for anyone dealing with either. Stay strong, everyone!

Both types of diabetes are paths that require discipline and self-care. It is not about one being 'worse' than the other, but about understanding the unique challenges each presents. With faith, mindful living, and proper medical guidance, one can find balance. Remember to stay positive and cherish your well-being.

My generation saw many people struggle with diabetes. Both Type 1 and Type 2 bring their own hardships. Type 1, where the body makes no insulin, means a life of injections, very difficult, especially for children. Type 2, which is more common, can sometimes be controlled with discipline, but can also get very serious. Don't worry about 'worse', just focus on management if you or a loved one has it. Doctors know best.
