Beta, migraine is a very personal thing. What worked for me, may not for you. In my time, we just rested in a dark room. Now, there are many medicines. But the best thing is to find your triggers and avoid them. Don't give up hope, you will find what helps.
Please, please see a doctor for migraine. I tried self-medicating and home remedies for too long, and it only made things worse with rebound headaches. A neurologist can properly diagnose and recommend treatment, including newer medications that really help.
Migraines are the worst. Hope you find some relief soon.
Best for migraine? A dark, silent room, a cold compress, and a magic wand that makes the pain disappear! Honestly, for me, it's a combo of prescribed meds and avoiding spicy food. It's an ongoing battle, yaar.

Migraine treatment really depends on the individual and its severity. There are acute medications like triptans and preventive ones. The best approach is always to consult a neurologist who can assess your specific case and recommend a tailored plan. Self-diagnosis or relying on internet advice can be counterproductive.
