Bhaiyya, from what I have seen in our village, the older people, especially those who don't move much and eat a lot of मीठा, they often get this sugar disease. Also, sometimes it runs in families, so if parents have it, children should also be careful from young age.

Hello! From my experience and reading up, certain groups are definitely more susceptible to diabetes. People with a family history of diabetes, those who are overweight or obese, and individuals with a sedentary lifestyle are at higher risk. Also, certain ethnic groups, including South Asians, unfortunately have a higher genetic predisposition. Practicing a healthy lifestyle early on is very important.

This question makes me anxious because I'm always worried about my own risk factors. It seems like people with a family history, those who are overweight, and people with a less active lifestyle are really vulnerable. Also, if you're South Asian, the risk is higher, which makes me worry more. It's so important to be aware and try to make healthy choices to manage the risk.

From a holistic perspective, those who lead a lifestyle lacking harmony, with imbalanced diet, stress, and less physical activity, often find their bodies struggling, leading to conditions like diabetes. Additionally, those with a genetic predisposition should be even more mindful. Regular pranayama and a balanced sattvic diet can support everyone, especially these vulnerable groups.

As someone managing high BP, I know how much lifestyle affects these conditions. For diabetes, people who are overweight, don't exercise, or have a family history are most affected. Also, if you have high blood pressure, you are already at a higher risk. Regular checkups and keeping your weight and activity in check are non-negotiable.

Honestly, anyone can get it, but kuch groups zyada prone hain. Jinke family mein hai, jinka weight zyada hai, aur jo bilkul physical activity nahi karte. Aur haan, hum Indians ko toh thoda zyada dhyan rakhna padta hai. So, just be active, eat right, and get tested regularly.
