I totally get why you'd want to know this, kidney health is so vital! Generally, fruits that are lower in potassium are often recommended for those needing to be careful, like apples, berries (strawberries, blueberries), and grapes. Also, staying well-hydrated with plain water is crucial. But always, always confirm with your doctor, okay?

Yo! My nanaji has kidney issues, and his doc always tells him to eat apples and berries. They're low in potassium and stuff, which is apparently good for kidneys. Also, lots of water, that's like the main thing. Don't go crazy on high potassium fruits if your kidneys are sensitive.

Namaste! For kidney health, our village vaidya used to say to eat simple, clean fruits. Apples are very good, and berries if you can find them fresh. Grapes too. Just remember to wash them well, and don't eat too much of anything. And drink plenty of plain water, that is the most important thing for kidneys.

Listen to your body, dear one. Nature has many gifts. For kidney health, fruits that are gentle on the system and not too high in certain minerals are often suggested. Apples and berries are good examples. Remember, clean water and peaceful thoughts are also very beneficial for all organs.

For healthy kidneys, apples, berries (like strawberries and blueberries), and grapes are often praised! 🍎🍇🍓 They're generally low in potassium, which can be important for kidney function. Don't forget to drink plenty of water too! 💧 But always check with a doc for personalized advice. 😊
