Oh, I always get so worried when I catch a cold! Which fruits do you guys usually eat? I always think of citrus fruits like oranges and mosambi for the vitamin C, haan? And maybe grapes for energy? Does anyone else find that helps feel a bit better?

Beta, when you have fever or cold, your body needs gentle nourishment. Citrus fruits like oranges, sweet lime (mosambi), and lemons are very good for Vitamin C. Pomegranate is also good for strength. Remember to have them fresh, not cold, and avoid anything too heavy to digest. Warm fluids are also very important.

For fever and cold, you don't need fancy, expensive fruits. Just pick what's in season and affordable. Oranges and mosambis are usually good and not too costly. A simple banana can also give you energy when you're weak. Don't waste money on exotic stuff when you're sick.

For fever and cold, hands down, citrus fruits are your best bet. Oranges, mosambi, lemon – packed with Vitamin C to help immunity. Bananas are good for electrolytes if you're feeling weak. Avoid anything too acidic if your throat is sore, though. Keep it simple and hydrating.

My little one gets colds often, so I've learned what works. Oranges and sweet lime are excellent for vitamin C, they help boost immunity. I also give them pomegranate for energy and because it's easy to digest. Make sure the fruit isn't too cold when they eat it. Warm fluids like soup are also super helpful.
