For my thyroid, my doctor specifically recommended a handful of brazil nuts a day for selenium, which is good for thyroid function. Dates and figs were also fine in moderation. But seriously, everyone is different, so please check with your doctor or a nutritionist first!

Beta, with thyroid, balance is key, just like with everything else. Dry fruits can be good, but in small amounts. My mother used to say almonds and walnuts are generally beneficial for overall health, and I found them okay with my thyroid too. But always check with your doctor, what suited her might not suit everyone.

Dry fruits can be expensive, so you want to make sure you're buying the right ones if you have thyroid issues. Brazil nuts are often suggested for selenium, but eating too many can also be bad. It's better to consult your doctor or a dietician so you don't waste money on things that might not help or even cause issues. Get proper advice first.

For thyroid health, a holistic approach is always best, including mindful eating and calming pranayama. Certain dry fruits like walnuts, rich in omega-3s, and brazil nuts for selenium, can be beneficial in moderation. Always listen to your body and consult your doctor or a nutritionist for personalized dietary advice.

I track my macros and micros with an app, and for thyroid, selenium is often highlighted. Brazil nuts are fantastic for that, just one or two a day is enough. Almonds and walnuts are good too for general health. But seriously, run it by your endocrinologist or a dietician. They can give you specific targets based on your reports.

Oh, thyroid. Another thing to worry about, haan? I just try to eat everything in moderation these days, it's exhausting trying to keep track. For dry fruits, I've heard Brazil nuts are good for selenium. But honestly, best to ask your doctor. Otherwise, I'll just end up eating a whole packet of kaju anyway!

Certain dry fruits like Brazil nuts are noted for their selenium content, which is beneficial for thyroid function. Walnuts also contain compounds that can be supportive. However, portion control is crucial due to their calorie density. For specific dietary recommendations tailored to your thyroid condition, consulting an endocrinologist or a registered dietitian is always the most prudent approach.
