Which country has low cancer rate?

My neighbour was telling me about how different countries have different rates of cancer, and now I'm curious. Does anyone know which country has a really low cancer rate? I'm just trying to understand more.

Hey, it's tricky to say which one has the absolute lowest because stats keep changing and depend on so many factors! But typically, countries with traditional diets, less pollution, and good public health often show lower rates. Don't stress too much about rankings, focus on your own healthy lifestyle.

I remember seeing data suggesting lower rates in some African countries or regions with more traditional, plant-based diets. But honestly, numbers can be misleading due to reporting differences. Instead of worrying about which country is 'best,' just concentrate on eating well, staying active, and getting regular check-ups. That helped me calm my own health anxieties.

Haan, low cancer rate waali countries usually woh hoti hain jahan log organic khaate hain, pollution kam hai, aur lifestyle simple hai. Mostly underdeveloped areas ya fir bahut hi healthy communities mein milta hai. But na, statistics bahut vary karte hain. Apne health pe focus karna best hai.

Honestly, finding a country with a 'low cancer rate' is tough because there are so many variables. Some rural parts of the world might have lower reported rates, but it could also be due to less screening. I think focusing on a healthy lifestyle here in India is more practical than searching for an ideal country.

It's complex because reporting varies globally. However, often countries with less industrialization, traditional diets, and lower life expectancies (where people might not live long enough to develop cancer) show lower rates. My health app data for cancer risk factors is more about lifestyle choices than geography. Eat clean, stay active, that's the best defense.
