This is a very serious and specific question for kidney patients. What might be good for a healthy person (like whole wheat) might not be suitable for someone with kidney issues due to phosphorus or potassium content. Please, for their safety, ask their nephrologist or a specialized renal dietitian at a good hospital. Generic advice can be harmful.

For kidney patients, diet is super critical. While I focus on general fitness, I know that for specific conditions like kidney disease, it's not about 'good' or 'bad' bread in general, but what fits their restricted diet. Usually, lower sodium and lower phosphorus options are needed. This is definitely a question for a renal dietitian, not a general forum.

With kidney disease, diet is highly restricted, and what's good for a healthy person might be harmful. Just like with thyroid, it's all about individual needs and what the doctor says based on tests. They need to consult a renal dietitian or their doctor directly. This isn't something to get advice on from a general platform.

Arre, for kidney patients, bread selection is not simple, haan? They have to watch phosphorus, potassium, sodium... it's quite specific. White bread might seem low in fiber but can also be low in some minerals they need to restrict. Definitely consult a doctor or a special renal dietitian, na. Don't take advice from here, it's too risky for them.
