Which blood group can donate kidney to o positive?

My friend's father needs a kidney transplant urgently, and he is O positive. We are all trying to see if we can help. Can anyone tell me which blood groups are generally compatible for kidney donation to an O positive recipient?

Hey! Don't stress too much about the details of blood groups. For kidney donations, it's super important to consult with the doctors directly. They do all the proper matching and tests to make sure it's safe for both donor and receiver. So leave it to the experts, yaar!

Ho na, these blood group questions can be tricky. My limited knowledge says O positive can get from O positive or O negative. But for something as big as a kidney transplant, a specialist doctor will give the right answer after checking all factors. Don't rely on guesswork, haan na?

From my experience, usually, for O positive, an O positive or O negative donor works best. But there are also cross-matching tests and other compatibility factors. This isn't something you can decide on your own. The transplant team will guide you through the whole process, so trust them.
